Project brief: Reconfigure a utility room into a practical space for a busy family with four children. Double heated towel rails and a pulley clothes airer, as well as a dedicated spot for a dehumidifier, helps make drying laundry more efficient. Large larder cupboards provide essential storage and a place to store recycling boxes, whilst the bespoke shoe rack effortlessly organises multiple shoes. Dark terrazzo floor tiles were chosen for their practical yet stylish appearance.
